Our current US pricing starts at for All-Day aligners and for NightOnly aligners. Your treatment price covers your personalized aligners and treatment plan, with applicable included items clearly shown at checkout. We recommend reviewing your order details before purchasing so you know exactly what's included. There are no hidden fees.

What's the difference between an impression kit and an in-person scan, and which should I choose?

Both options provide the information needed to create your personalized treatment plan. With an impression kit, you create dental impressions at home and send them back to us. With an in-person 3D scan, a partner clinic captures digital scans of your teeth for treatment planning. Choose whichever option is more convenient and comfortable for you.

How long will it take to receive my aligners after I’ve done the impressions?

Once we receive workable impressions, your smile projection is typically ready in about 10 business days. After you approve your treatment plan and your aligners are paid for, manufacturing and delivery typically take about 3 additional weeks, making the overall process around 5 weeks under normal circumstances.

Will aligners hurt?

You may experience some mild pressure or discomfort, especially when starting treatment or switching to a new set. However, experiencing intense pain is quite rare. Slight pressure or discomfort is normal as your teeth adjust to the planned movement and typically settles within a few days. If you feel sharp or severe pain, contact us immediately.

What is your refund policy if I'm not a candidate or change my mind?

If our dental team determines after reviewing your impressions and information that you're not a suitable candidate, you'll receive a refund, subject to applicable transaction fees under the current refund policy. If you simply change your mind, cancellation rules apply: orders can generally be cancelled within 5 days, while refunds after processing has started are subject to the specific terms of the policy. Impression kits, scans, and other fees may have separate refund conditions.

Are ALIGNERCO Clear Aligners covered by insurance?

ALIGNERCO does provide all the documentation needed to claim insurance, but it totally depends on your insurance provider. However, we do accept HSA/FSA to cover your treatment costs. We also have monthly installment options, including plans with and without credit checks, to make the treatment more budget-friendly.
