Whether you opt for our All Day Aligners or NightOnly Clear Aligners, with our comprehensive impression kit you can start your teeth straightening journey from the comfort of your home. Crafted with precision and care, each component of the kit is designed to ensure ease of use and maximum effectiveness.
We strive to ensure that your impression is great. This is why our impression kit comes with three tray sizes (S, M, L) for a perfect fit in every case. Our kit includes an additional set of base and catalyst putty for practice, in addition to the four sets required. Use the practice set to create a trial impression; send photos to team@alignerco.com (US) for review and guidance, saving time and money on further impressions. You also receive a pair of gloves, a cheek retractor, and a prepaid shipping label to mail back your impression to us.
Note: *(Please send back the unused trays along with your impression for recycling purposes.)
How does it Works?
(Follow the instructions given in the kit.)
- Prepare: Wash your hands and set-up a well lit area with a mirror.
- Mix Putty: Mix the catalyst and base until they blend into a uniform color.
- Make Impressions: Shape putty into a 4-inch sausage, spread evenly in tray, and bite into center avoiding the outer and inner wall without pressing too hard.
- Remove Tray: To remove the tray gently snap it out in one swift motion – downward for the upper arch and upward for the lower arch.
- Send us Practice Images: Take photos of practice impression and email us at team@alignerco.com (US) for review.
- Send Impression: Once we confirm your impressions are good, ship them all with unused trays back to us using the provided prepaid return label.
- Review Plan: Wait for your customized treatment plan from our US-registered dentists, review, and approve to start Aligners production.
- Begin Treatment: Once you receive your Aligners, wear them as prescribed and reach out for support whenever necessary.
